김기재 후보는 23일 자신의 선거캠프에서 ‘당진시 대전환 11대 프로젝트’의 대미를 장식할 마지막 시리즈로 ‘아이부터 어르신까지 평생지원 도시 당진’ 공약을 발표했다.
