확대 천안교육지원청이 학교 및 부서의 기록물 담당자를 대상으로 ‘2026년도 충청남도천안교육지원청 기록물관리 교육’을 진행하고 있다.

[천안/CTN]강현수 기자 = 충청남도천안교육지원청이 교육 행정의 투명성과 책임성을 강화하고 미래 세대에 전할 소중한 교육 자산을 체계적으로 보존하기 위해 일선 현장 기록물 담당자들의 역량 강화에 나섰다.

지원청은 18일 대회의실에서 관내 학교 및 부서의 기록물 담당자를 대상으로 ‘2026년도 충청남도천안교육지원청 기록물관리 교육’을 전격 실시했다. 이번 교육은 기록물 관리 역량을 한 단계 격상시켜 체계적인 기록관리 문화를 정착시키는 한편, 신뢰받는 투명한 행정 운영의 기반을 공고히 하기 위해 마련됐다.

교육은 기록물의 생산과 분류, 보존, 평가, 폐기에 이르는 기록관리 전 과정을 아우르는 실전형 커리큘럼으로 진행됐다. 특히 업무관리시스템의 효율적인 활용 방법과 함께 실제 교육 현장에서 빈번하게 발생하는 다양한 사례 중심의 실무 내용을 다뤄 참석자들의 이해도를 높였다. 또한 학교와 부서에서 기록물 관리 시 간과하기 쉬운 유의사항과 업무 효율성을 극대화할 수 있는 실질적인 처리 기법을 제시해 큰 호응을 얻었다.

차덕환 교육장은 “기록물은 행정의 모든 과정을 고스란히 담아내는 중요한 자산이자 미래 세대에 전해질 소중한 기록”이라며 “이번 교육이 학교 현장의 기록관리 전문성을 높이고 기록물 관리의 막중한 중요성을 다시 한번 되새기는 계기가 되길 바란다”고 강조했다.

철저한 기록 관리는 공공기관의 신뢰도를 결정짓는 핵심 지표다. 현장 실무자들을 대상으로 한 이번 기록물 관리 교육은 천안 교육 행정의 안정성을 높이고 향후 교육 사료로서의 가치를 극대화하는 중요한 발판이 될 것으로 기대된다.

On the 18th, the support office conducted the "2026 Cheonan Education Support Office Record Management Training" targeting record managers from local schools and departments in its main conference room. This training was organized to elevate record management capabilities to the next level, establish a systematic record-keeping culture, and solidify the foundation for trusted and transparent administrative operations.

The training was conducted with a practical curriculum encompassing the entire process of record management, from production and classification to preservation, evaluation, and disposal.
