Since the idea of completely mastering hair styling or horticultural therapy skills, which require high levels of proficiency, within a short 10-session course to immediately deploy trainees to actual fields is close to an armchair theory, authorities must move past conventional administrative behaviors that merely check off seasonal opening records.
