지원청은 지난 15일 오전 제45회 스승의 날을 기해 천안 교육 발전을 위해 묵묵히 소임을 다하는 직원들의 노고를 격려하는 특별한 기념행사를 개최했다. 이번 행사는 상호 존중과 공감이 살아 숨 쉬는 따뜻한 직장 문화를 조성하기 위해 기획됐다. 특히 이날 아침 8시 10분부터 교육지원청 현관 앞에는 출근맞이 커피트럭이 전격 가동되어 직원들의 발길을 사로잡았다. 차덕환 교육장을 비롯한 지원청 간부들은 직접 트럭 앞으로 나가 출근하는 직원들에게 향긋한 커피와 쿠키를 전달하며 일일이 감사의 인사를 건네는 등 격의 없는 소통을 나눴다.
갑작스러운 환대에 현장 직원들의 호응도 뜨거웠다. 행사에 참여한 한 직원은 스승의 날을 맞아 아침부터 향긋한 커피를 마시니 더욱 뜻깊고 동료들과 함께 웃으며 하루를 시작할 수 있어 큰 힘이 된다며 소감을 밝혔다. 간부진의 솔선수범과 격려가 경직되기 쉬운 관공서의 출근길을 한순간에 화합의 장으로 탈바꿈시킨 순간이었다.
차덕환 교육장은 "행복한 교육의 시작은 선생님과 직원들의 행복에서부터 시작된다"며 "어려운 여건 속에서도 천안 교육 발전을 위해 묵묵히 소임을 다하는 우리 청 직원 모두가 오늘의 주인공이다. 앞으로도 서로 존중하고 응원하는 교육 공동체를 만들기 위해 최선을 다하겠다"고 강조했다.

[Cheonan/CTN] Reporter Kang Hyun-su = The Chungcheongnam-do Cheonan Education Support Office carried out an inspiring administrative event on the occasion of Teachers' Day to boost the morale of faculty and staff dedicated to the frontlines of education and to establish a workplace culture of respect and communication.
On the morning of the past 15th, marking the 45th Teachers' Day, the support office held a special commemorative event to encourage the hard work of its staff who silently fulfill their duties for the development of Cheonan education. This event was organized to create a warm workplace culture filled with communication and empathy. Notably, from 8:10 AM, a "Welcome-to-Work Coffee Truck" was set up in front of the main entrance of the building. Senior executives, including Chief Cha Deok-hwan, directly stood in front of the truck to deliver coffee and cookies to arriving employees, offering individual words of gratitude and engaging in casual communication.
The unexpected hospitality was met with enthusiastic responses from the staff. An employee who participated in the event shared their thoughts, saying, "Drinking aromatic coffee from the morning on Teachers' Day makes it even more meaningful, and starting the day laughing with colleagues gives me great strength." The initiative and encouragement of the executives transformed the typically rigid government commute into a venue of harmony in an instant.
Chief Cha Deok-hwan emphasized, "The beginning of happy education starts with the happiness of teachers and staff," adding, "All employees of our office, who silently perform their duties for the development of Cheonan education despite difficult conditions, are the main characters of today. We will continue to do our best to create an educational community that respects and supports one another."
Beyond being a one-time event, this coffee truck initiative will act as a catalyst to inspire pride among educational administrators exhausted by falling teacher rights and heavy workloads, and to spread a culture of mutual respect. It was a scene that provided confidence that the internal satisfaction of the educational community would ultimately return to the children of Cheonan as higher-quality educational services.
