[천안/CTN]강현수 기자 = 천안시복지재단과 천안시통합돌봄센터가 복지 사각지대에 놓인 1인 취약가구를 발굴하고 이들의 생활 안정을 돕기 위해 촘촘한 먹거리 복지 안전망을 가동한다.

양 기관은 18일 1인 취약가구 맞춤형 식품 지원을 위한 업무협약을 체결하고, 지역 내 고립 위험이 있는 취약계층을 위한 유기적인 돌봄 협력 체계를 구축하기로 뜻을 모았다. 이번 협약은 식생활 지원이 시급한 사각지대 가구를 선제적으로 발굴해 실질적인 물업을 제공하기 위해 마련됐다.

협약에 따라 두 기관은 지역 밀착형 푸드뱅크인 '따숨푸드뱅크'와 연계하여 매월 30명의 1인 취약가구를 선정, 영양과 편의성을 고려한 맞춤형 식품 패키지를 정기적으로 지원할 예정이다. 이와 함께 단순한 물품 전달을 넘어 지역 내 기존 돌봄 체계와 연계한 모니터링을 강화해 고립 가구의 안전까지 함께 살핀다는 방침이다.

정은희 천안시통합돌봄센터장은 “이번 협약을 통해 식생활 지원이 간절한 1인 취약가구에 더욱 촘촘하고 세밀한 돌봄 서비스를 제공할 수 있게 됐다”며 “앞으로도 다양한 지역사회 자원과 적극적으로 협력해 복지 사각지대를 해소하고 맞춤형 지원을 아끼지 않겠다”고 말했다.

김승태 천안시복지재단 이사장 직무대행은 “이번 민관 협력이 지역 사회에서 소외된 1인 가구의 삶에 실질적인 보탬이 되기를 바란다”며 “재단은 앞으로도 따숨푸드뱅크를 통한 지역 밀착형 푸드뱅크 사업과 '그냥드림' 지원사업 등을 더욱 고도화해 천안형 먹거리 복지 안전망을 공고히 다지겠다”고 확약했다.

첨단 기술과 복지 행정이 고도화되는 시점에도 1인 가구의 사회적 고립과 영양 불균형은 여전히 해결해야 할 과제로 남아있다. 이번에 구축된 민관 협력 먹거리 안전망이 소외된 이웃들의 일상을 지탱하는 든든한 버팀목이자, 천안시가 지향하는 포용적 복지 도시로 나아가는 핵심 마중물이 될 것으로 기대된다.

On the 18th, the two institutions signed a business agreement for customized food support for vulnerable single-person households and agreed to establish an organic care cooperation system for vulnerable classes at risk of isolation in the region. This agreement was prepared to preemptively discover households in blind spots that urgently need dietary support and provide practical material assistance.

According to the agreement, the two organizations plan to select 30 vulnerable single-person households every month in connection with 'Ttasum Food Bank', a community-friendly food bank, and regularly support customized food packages considering nutrition and convenience. Concurrently, moving beyond simple item delivery, they plan to strengthen monitoring in connection with the existing care system in the region to check the safety of isolated households together.

Jeong Eun-hee, director of the Cheonan Integrated Care Center, stated, "Through this agreement, we are able to provide closer and more detailed care services to vulnerable single-person households in desperate need of dietary support." She added, "We will continue to actively cooperate with various community resources to clear welfare blind spots and spare no customized support."

Kim Seung-tae, Acting Chairman of the Cheonan Welfare Foundation, promised, "I hope this public-private cooperation will be of practical help to the lives of single-person households alienated from local society." He added, "The foundation will continue to advance community-friendly food bank projects and the 'Just Dream' support project through Ttasum Food Bank to solidify the Cheonan-style food welfare safety net."
