재단은 오는 6월 26일부터 7월 24일까지 총 4회기에 걸쳐 이주배경 학생·가족 슬기로운 한국생활 이해교육 프로그램을 전격 운영한다고 지난 19일 밝혔다. 충청남도천안교육지원청과의 견고한 거버넌스를 통해 마련된 이번 프로그램은 이주배경 가정이 한국 사회의 낯선 법질서와 특유의 생활문화를 직관적으로 이해함으로써 문화적 이질감을 극복하고 지역 공동체의 일원으로 안착하도록 돕기 위해 기획됐다.
주요 교육 커리큘럼은 가정 내 갈등 예방 및 권리 보호, 한국 법질서, 고용 및 생활법, 학교생활 안내, 한국 실생활 적응 성공 사례 등 이주 가정이 맞닥뜨리는 실질적인 난제들을 해결할 핵심 내용들로 꼼꼼히 채워졌다. 특히 주입식 이론 전달의 한계를 완전히 깨부수기 위해 관람객이 몰입할 수 있는 생생한 연극 요소를 도입하여 교육의 집중도와 실전 효과를 극대화할 계획이다.
모집 대상은 천안 지역에 거주하는 이주배경 학생과 그 가족이다. 교육 참여 신청은 오는 6월 19일 오후 3시까지 안내 포스터의 정보무늬나 천안시청소년재단 공식 누리집을 통해 간편하게 비대면으로 접수할 수 있으며, 모든 교육 과정은 센터 내 전용 강의실에서 전액 무료로 진행된다. 교육에 대한 보다 세부적인 사항은 재단 공식 누리집을 참고하거나 청소년활동팀으로 전화를 걸면 상세한 가이드를 제공받을 수 있다.

[Cheonan/CTN] Reporter Kang Hyun-su = The Cheonan Youth Complex Community Center under the Cheonan Youth Foundation is launching a comprehensive, customized practical education program to encourage the stable local settlement of rapidly increasing immigrant background families and to build a healthy multicultural safety net.
The foundation announced on the past 19th that it will formally operate the "Wise Korean Life Understanding Education for Immigrant Students and Families" program over a total of four sessions from June 26 to July 24. Arranged through a tight governance with the Chungcheongnam-do Cheonan Education Support Office, this program was designed to help immigrant families easily understand the unfamiliar legal order and unique living culture of Korean society, thereby overcoming cultural differences and settling down as members of the local community.
The core educational curriculum is meticulously filled with practical contents to resolve the actual difficulties encountered by immigrant families, such as preventing domestic conflicts and protecting rights, Korean legal order, employment and living laws, guidelines for school life, and successful examples of adapting to real Korean life. In particular, to completely break the limits of injected theoretical transmission, the center plans to maximize the concentration and field effects of education by introducing vivid theatrical elements that the audience can immerse themselves in.
The recruitment targets are immigrant background students and their families residing in the Cheonan area. Applications can be easily submitted non-face-to-face through the QR code on the informational poster or the official website of the Cheonan Youth Foundation until 3:00 PM on June 19, and all educational courses will be conducted entirely free of charge in dedicated classrooms within the center.
